Email [email protected] with the platform or Moonwake address concerned and enough detail to locate the record. Do not send passwords, access tokens or recovery codes. We may ask you to verify control of the account or address before deleting information.
Disconnect a platform
If you authorized Moonwake Analytics to access a YouTube, TikTok or Instagram account, revoke the app's access in that platform's account settings to stop future access. You can also ask Moonwake to remove locally stored connection data. Revoking access on the platform alone may not erase records already stored by Moonwake.
What happens next
We will review the request, identify data we control, and explain completion or any lawful reason a record must be retained. Records held by an independent platform must be requested from that platform. See the Privacy Policy for more about categories and rights.
