Operator and scope
Moonwake Society is an independent studio project operated by Michal Grančai. These terms apply to moonwakesociety.com and the private Moonwake Analytics workspace. They do not grant public access to Analytics; access is limited to people expressly authorized by the operator.
Public site
The site describes games and studio work, including projects still in development. Descriptions, screenshots, schedules and availability can change. Nothing here promises a release date, feature, commercial outcome or uninterrupted availability.
Private Analytics workspace
An authorized user must keep access credentials and connected account permissions secure, use only accounts they are entitled to connect, and comply with each platform's terms. The workspace may show live observations, demonstration examples, test records and unavailable data; those states are labeled separately. Draft content and approval records do not mean content has been published. Publishing currently requires manual approval and a separate publish action. Unattended AUTO publishing is disabled.
Content and intellectual property
Moonwake's original site text, designs and project materials remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party platform names, marks, content and media belong to their owners. You may view this site for ordinary personal or authorized business use. Do not copy, redistribute or use materials in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Third-party services and links
Games, connected accounts and content may depend on Roblox, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Meta/Instagram, Cloudflare, Whop or other providers. Their terms and availability also apply. Links outside Moonwake's domain lead to services Moonwake does not control.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site and private tools reliable, but may change or suspend them for maintenance, security or provider limits. Data views may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Do not treat experimental game metrics, content estimates or research views as financial, legal or professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
